This year's focus is on supporting charities. In which we would like to ask you to choose between 2 charities: Spieren voor Spieren and Stichting Kindergeluk

1. About Spieren voor Spieren:
Since 1998, we at Spieren voor Spieren have been getting people moving from the idea of 'healthy muscles for sick muscles' to together defeat all muscular diseases in children.

In the Netherlands there are 20,000 children with a muscle disease and every year about 200 to 250 parents are told that their child has a serious muscle disease. With enormous impact for the child and family. Walking, chewing, swallowing, breathing independently. Children with a muscular disease often cannot do these things, or can no longer do so. This requires a lot of care and adaptation. Many children and their families end up in an intensive medical process.

Spieren voor Spieren is committed to these children and their families and finds it of utmost importance to know at the earliest possible age whether a child has a muscular disease. Every day counts when dealing with muscular diseases. Because a muscle once lost never comes back.

2. About Stichting Kindergeluk:
Stichting Kindergeluk aims to provide support to needy children in the Eindhoven region, as well as anything related or conducive to this. Support takes place in the form of monetary donations, donations in kind (material, teaching aids, equipment, utensils, etc.) and/or physical assistance.
